Brandon H. Grimes

Brandon H. Grimes retired from law enforcement in 2019 after 26 years of service. He has an extensive background in law enforcement, including patrol, narcotics, undercover operations, intelligence gathering, criminal investigations, and administrative operations. In 2015, Brandon earned his Senior Law Enforcement Certification through the State of Arkansas. He is a certified instructor and Security Training Agent through the State of Arkansas, as well as a certified Pepper Spray Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Arkansas Concealed Handgun Licensing Instructor (Basic and Enhanced), ALERRT Active Shooter Instructor, and Stop the Bleed Combat Casualty Care Instructor. Brandon has completed over 1,700 hours of specialized training, primarily focused on investigations and administration.Brandon is a graduate of the School of Law Enforcement Supervision (SLES), an FBI Command Course and Arkansas leadership program. These experiences and training have equipped him with excellent management skills. As a past president of the Arkansas Narcotics Officers Association, Brandon’s leadership contributed to a significant increase in membership and financial stability during his tenure.After retiring, Brandon worked as the Chief Investigator for the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, gaining extensive experience in investigating violations of the Nurse Practice Act. He has also served as the Director of Security for one of Arkansas’s leading medical marijuana cultivation facilities.Brandon brings unique private security expertise to the company, having led security teams through natural disasters such as hurricanes. He has operational and logistics management experience, successfully providing team coverage for retail clients like Walmart and Costco. Brandon also has a strong background in church security and training security teams for churches and businesses.

Joshua D. Chambliss

Joshua D. Chambliss is a veteran police officer with 24 years of dedicated service to his community. He has served in various capacities, including administration, criminal investigations, narcotics investigations, patrol, and community relations. Joshua has also been actively involved in local government, working closely with city leaders on future city development projects.He is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he provided personal protection for dignitaries and high-ranking officials. Joshua is a graduate of Arkansas State University and holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, Disaster Preparedness, and Communications.
